Op een website (fanclub) van Auel, heb ik volgend bericht gevonden:
I am grateful to the readers who are interested in how my Earth's Children Series is progressing. I can only say I am working on Book 6 and it is coming along well. At this moment, I am working my way through some important research, which is taking some time, but once I finish this part, the rest should flow smoothly.
I anticipate that it should not be too much longer until the book is written. After that, my publisher has the job of turning the manuscript into the book, which also takes time. Jean M. Auel
